Healthy Eating at Home
Eating at home can be, fun, easy, romantic, and adventurous, but most of all healthy. Here I will share with you how I manage to eat healthy at home adding lots of vegetables and fruits to my dish. I prepare some food ahead of time for several meals (for example, brown rice, beans and salad) to expedite the meal preparation process. This beautiful and delicious plate took me less than an hour to make for four people. Being happy and with a positive attitude is healthy, which is why I play music while I cook. Enjoy the video!
