Confused! Is it one tip or a few tips?

The official rules say to focus on one tip to increase fruits and veggies. But, another part says to "share your most inspiring tips, tricks, and how-tos." So what is it? Do I discuss only one tip or can I include a few tips??? Thanks for any clarification no this.
